Our founders

Robert Senior and Trevor Fenwick were two of our earliest employees. They subsequently acquired the business, becoming key figures in our growth. They are now considered the founders and remain majority shareholders today.

Founder

Robert joined Euromonitor in the early 1970s and transformed it from a UK market reports publisher into a global research organisation. Over a period of twenty years he wrote, edited and published hundreds of market research studies and gave lectures and talks at many industry conferences and events. 

In response to the advent of the internet in the 1990s he oversaw the development of a wide-ranging consumer relational database that evolved into Passport, now Euromonitor's flagship product and one of the most prestigious information resources in the world. Since stepping down as Executive Chairman in 2014 he has focused on the strategic development of the business.

Robert studied History at Sheffield University and achieved an MA in Film Studies at the University of Westminster. He has been involved in philanthropic work and was Treasure of Medecins Sans Frontieres in the early 2000s. He founded a grant-giving charity, The Chalk Cliff Trust, in 2012 and oppened a community cinema, The Depot, in Lewes, East Sussex in 2017.

Trevor Fenwick

Executive Chairman and Co-Founder

Trevor joined Euromonitor in the 1970s when it was a UK publisher of market statistics and European research reports. He led its international growth by opening the Chicago office in the 1990s and transforming it from a print-based organization to an online data analytics company.

In his current role as Executive Chairman, he is focused on ensuring the continued international growth of Euromonitor and the integration of information technologies to improve and augment capabilities in meeting the needs of the company's global clients. Trevor has a BA in Economics and Government from Essex University, post-graduate and professional qualifications in International Marketing and an Honorary Fellowship from Ravensbourne University. 

Currently a Board member of the Professional Publishers Association he previously chaired the British and Europen Data Publishers Associations. He has advised the UK government on IP issues related to data. He is Chair of the St Bride Foundation and a past master of the Stationers' Company. He supports early-stage companies and promoting social mobility and diversity through entrepreneurship, education and vocational training relevant to the data and information industries.

Chief Executive

Tim began his journey with Euromonitor as an analyst in 1993 when the company was comprised of 50 staff housed in one office in London. In the nearly 30 years since, Euromonitor has grown to 15 offices across 6 continents. 

Tim has grown alongside the company, managing research, sales and technology teams and helping build and evolve our flagship product, Passport.

Since being appointed Chief Executive in 2014, Tim has introduced a sharper focus on innovation, broadening Euromonitor’s capabilities to include cutting edge mixed methodologies that deliver both strategic and tactical insights. He has also introduced our CSR programme, through which Euromonitor commits 1% of annual turnover to charitable projects selected by our staff and, more recently, our diversity and inclusion initiatives which are aimed to ensure fairness and equality across all of our offices globally. 

Tim is a proud custodian of the values established by our founders and is inspired by Euromonitor’s unique combination of talented people, groundbreaking products, diverse customers and culture of the organisation.

Linda Wake

Linda Wake

Chief Financial Officer

Based in London, Linda has been with the company since 2016.

Linda is responsible for finance, sales operations, and legal and procurement activities at Euromonitor. Linda qualified in CIMA and built her career working for B2B Media and Information businesses based in the UK. She has strong experience in acquiring businesses to improve value, as well as leading global finance teams to position the business for organic or acquisitive growth.

Mike Jozwik

Mike Jozwik

Chief Operating Officer

Based in Chicago, Mike has been with the company for 20 years.

Mike oversees Euromonitor’s suite of world-class products and services, which includes Passport, Via and our Consulting department. During his time with Euromonitor, Mike has expanded Euromonitor’s capabilities by hiring and developing people who are passionate about leveraging the best inputs, the best tools, and experts willing to think wider in pursuit of answering the hardest global questions.

Lisa Tomlinson

Lisa Tomlinson

Chief Commercial Officer

Lisa leads the global commercial team across our 16 offices globally. Having studied international business and languages, Lisa was excited to join Euromonitor in 2001 to set up a new sales team in London.

In over 20 years, Lisa has been involved in building sales functions, establishing new offices and driving the Euromonitor brand.

Lisa has a customer centric approach and enjoys working with her teams and clients to find the best solutions. Lisa is passionate about leading, inspiring and growing people and is actively involved in mentoring both internally and through our CSR programme.

Brad Borgman

Brad Borgman

Chief Innovation Officer

Based in Chicago, Brad has been with the company for 22 years.

Brad’s role is to work across global divisions to deliver new products that expand the company’s portfolio and renewal base. He has worked at Euromonitor since 1999 in several roles across the business, starting as a research analyst. By 2006 he had created and was managing regional Consulting and Key Account teams in the Americas. He moved to global management of Consulting, Product Strategy and Development in 2014, before taking a broader COO role in 2017 and his current CIO role in 2021.

Chris Fosberry

Chief Technology Officer

Based in London, Chris has been with the company since 2018.

Chris is responsible for leading Euromonitor’s global technology, customer support and IT operations. Chris brings a wealth of experience with him, having started his career over 20 years ago in IT support, later moving into technical product management and software development. Chris has held a number of senior technical positions across software and business information companies where technology is a key enabler for the organisation and its customers.

Senior VP Research

Based in London, Anthony has been with the company for 30 years.

Anthony is responsible for the full range of our syndicated content at Euromonitor, from socioeconomic data to market sizing and from Surveys to the analytics models which form the basis of our award winning forecasting. It is this data spanning multiple categories and over 100 markets which forms the basis of the local insight and big picture thought leadership we share with client partners.

Based in London, Nadia has been with the company since 2025.

Nadia is responsible for the People teams, overseeing HR, CSR, DEI and Learning & Development. She has extensive expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management and organisational transformation. Responsible for shaping the company's global people strategy, Nadia supports Euromonitor International's continued growth by fostering a high-performance culture.
