Após dois anos debatendo e promovendo a troca de informações sobre o setor triticultor de forma remota, o Congresso Internacional da Indústria do Trigo anuncia sua 29ª edição de volta ao presencial, com data marcada para os dias 25, 26 e 27 de setembro de 2022, no hotel Bourbon Cataratas, em Foz do Iguaçu (PR).
 
O evento desse ano tem como foco principal contribuir para o fortalecimento e o crescimento de toda a cadeia da triticultura brasileira e de outros países, trazendo para o debate os desafios enfrentados pelo setor nos últimos anos, as novas demandas dos consumidores e as oportunidades futuras.
 
Session title: Tendências do Mercado Consumidor
 
Session description :Compreender as recentes dinâmicas das categorias que utilizam o trigo como um dos principais insumos de produção (massas, pães, bolos e biscoitos) e também analisar o comportamento do consumidor atual, seus anseios e hábitos, contirbuindo assim com perspectivas sobre o futuro da alimentação como um todo no Brasil. Analisar os impactos macroeconômicos e o diverso cenário global nos leva a entender os drivers do desenvolvimento das categorias de alimentação e abre espaço para pensarmos no potencial e as oportunidades deste mercado, tomando assim ações mais assertivas.
