Our employee-led programme maximises the positive impact of our collective skills, time, and funding. Our global strategy is delivered through local employee networks, ensuring it benefits each unique community across our 16 locations.
Each year, 1% of our turnover is given to our Impact Programme. This means over £1 million goes directly to charities.
Our three main pillars are Environment, Volunteering, and Giving.
We take our environmental responsibility very seriously. Our programme has a number of elements including a commitment to SBTi (Science Based Target Initiative). We also work closely with the World Land Trust, a charity dedicated to conservation and biodiversity. Earth Day is celebrated every year at Euromonitor by planting a tree per employee.
We offer two days paid leave each year for our staff to spend on volunteering. Projects supported by our offices around the world include mentoring, external eco-projects and education and refugee support programmes. We also reward volunteering outside working hours. Our long service employees are also offered an opportunity to apply for a sabbatical leave which they can devote to volunteering.
Our giving is 100% driven by our employees. Our strategic partners - Emergency Response and Vision partners help us achieve our long term global goals. Our Regional charity partners are nominated by our employees annually and support charities close within our communities.
We offer matched giving, welcome rewards for new joiners and various other rewards throughout the year.
Supporting work that makes a real difference is key to our DNA. In fact, a recent study focused on women's economic empowerment in Sub-Saharan Africa was partially sponsored by our Pro Bono programme.
Within this study we identify growing economic sectors in each of the 13 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa that hold the most promising and lucrative opportunities for women, especially young women.
